Voice Box, broadband Internet connection and ethernet modem/router maybe required. Broadband access fee and standard phone line rental not included. Making and receiving calls with engin Voice Box services are classified as uploads and downloads with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Check charges and details with your ISP. Call charges are rounded up to the nearest cent before GST. Timed calls are billed for the first minute, thereafter billed per second. Other call type charges can be viewed under call rates. Standard call charges apply to included features when in use. engin Softphones may have a limited compatibility with regular engin features. You will be invoiced monthly from the date that you activate your Voice Box. Free $ included are forfeited at the end of each month your billing cycle. The supplied product is firmware hard coded exclusively to engin tm and will not function with any other service providers. Standard call charges apply to forwarded calls. If you retrieve your voicemail messages from another telephone service such as a mobile phone or landline you may incur charges from other carriers.
